Review for Beautiful ink by Nicole Reed

O.M.G I'm not even sure were to begin with this one. AMAZING this book was just that great one of the best books I have read in awhile. Maybe even the best nook thus far this year. I am ashamed to say that I have never read a book Nicole Reed but I am defiently a big fan now.

You will meet Hellen Rudder aka (Keller) daughter of the MC clubs Vice President, tattoo artist and bestfriends with the MCs presidents son Holden. When tragedy strikes it leave Hels with nothing but her bestfriend and his parents ward and Sage. Hels has always loved Holden they grew up together he is her brother, lover and savior. Holden is a BIG part of her life. The one thing she has ever wanted was to not be part of the MC she wants out of that town and life. So when hold tells her he's quitting school to be a prospect for the MC that does not go over well with hels but because she know it's part of who he is in his blood she try to be ok with it. In the end she can't though so Hellen ends up skipping town, running actually and there are THREE rules for her to survive:
1) she has to give up tattooing
2)no staying in one place more then 6 months always keep moving
3) when the MC finds her she WILL be his and only his
The problem is tattooing is what Keller is it's part of her story and part of her soul. Just something she can't leave behind and she try's boy does she try.

" Tattooing is more then a job, more then a hobby. It's an intimate emotional and powerful thing to be marking someone for life. I am giving over a part of myself. In return I am fully in control of my world and everything around me,if only for that small gap of time."

Hels ends up working at screaming ink, where she will meet vin handsome virgin skin (before her) contractor and he soon becomes her everything problem is she gets sloppy gets feelings and wants to set up roots what happens when someone gets sloppy?..........she gets caught.

What will happen when it's time to pay the piper? Who will save her when she loves two guys that mean sooo much to her Vin? Which who exactly is he hmm? Or Holden her best friend her everything? Or no one at all?

"Blood in and blood out" he says kissing my neck between his words "your f*cking choice but know this: it is forever my blood that runs through your veins. And I will drown you in it before I let you escape me again."


I'm not going to lie I wasn't sure how I felt about reading Beautiful Ink. I have NEVER read a book about a biker MC. Now my HEART is bleeding but in the BEST possible way. This book is RAW, has PASSION, LOVE, LUST, SECRETS and of course DARKNESS lots of DARKNESS. My emotions were all over the place shoot they still are. I felt like I was having pregnancy hormones through this entire book for them being here there ams everywhere ever other minute. This is the type of book that will stay with you and remind us readers why we love to read in the first place. I give this book 5++++++++++ stars no ifs ands or buts about it it is an absolute MUST read. You WILL REGRET NOT reading it trust me. I have the book hangover from hell to prove it but I LOVE it. I will just say that I love Hels aka Keller and Vin but I LOVE LOVE Holden enjoy 😉

Review for Phenomenal X by Michelle A. Valentine

Wow just wow...I definitely just got a new book boyfriend :) and his name is Xavier cold aka phenomenal X. I was a little skeptical about reading this book since I have never read a book with the lead male being a wrestler but this book blow me away by a long shot.

You meet sweet innocent Anna who has her whole like mapped out for her by her overbearing father down to the man she'll marry. Well Anna has different plans and they don't include her hometown in Portland so she hops on the first flight to Detroit to live with her carefree aunt dee and cousin Quinn to start fresh to be someone SHE wants to be. Once on the plan she meets Xavier with is sexy body and blue eyes that just draw her in. It's instinct attraction on the spot for them both and of course X can't help watching her innocent face blush and make her swarm by his potty mouth and propositions her, which she turns down of course and is refreshing to him since he always has girls throw themselves at him, X is a little ruff around the edges but when. It comes to Anna he's sweet and becomes very protective of her and even though he warns Anna he's no good and to stay away because he has a past that haunts him Daily that he wouldn't even wish on his worst enemy, Anna thinks he's a great guy and just doesn't see it so she sticks around and they soon become fast friends. X helps her transition in a new city much more easier since she only knows her aunt and cousin. There is this sexually attraction between them from the start so they set rules so they don't cross the "friend zone" her only issue is that he could have any girl why her? And they do have there ups and down with there friendship because of it.
There rules:
1) no getting naked in his bed
2) no open mouth kissing
3). If either one starts developing feelings for the other person, they have to tell them

Seems innocent enough right....wrong they spend every free time they have together and there's something growing between them the question is will they give in to temptation and see where it leads??

I give this 5+++++ stars. This book was an unexpected read for me but I'm SO glad I read it. Once I started it I could NOT put it down I have a book hangover to prove it. Phenomenal X is a book about pasts, anger, insecurities, lust, friendship, hope and love everything one could want in a book. I HIGHLY recommend this book it won't disappoint.

Review for Finding Us by Megan Smith

Megan Smith has done it once again in her new book Finding Us. I read this book in about 3 hours tops once I started it I just could not put it down. I have read every book she has published and loved them all so I am not surprised that I loved this one also.

Jasmine aka Jas grew up with the best of everything that money could buy. Except she wasn't happy by all means her parents were controlling in ever aspect of her life from social event to college even her classes it was all maped out for her. Once she graduated college she was gone moved away and never looked back she was done playing by her family's game she wanted to be who she wanted not her parents. She wanted to find herself and who wouldn't respect that? I know I did that's one of the reasons I love her because she was no longer going to put up with it. So she moved to the big apple with her best friend summer. Which is were she meets Rex who introduces her to his brother Knox.

Now I fell In love with Knox right away he was dark, handsome and and hiding something that could change everyone's life.. He owns all kinds of businesses and night clubs. Once he meets jas he's instantly attracted to her which becomes a problem for him because of his secret he also comes a BIG time grudge. The problem is will this this grudge could definitely brake them. The question is will Knox let it define him more then it already has?? Hmmm well your not getting the answer from me lol that's for you to find out. :)

All I'll say is I LOVE all of the characters in this book (I can't wait to read more of them)..there is romance, love, loss, drama, betrayal, and definitely a bunch of twists but most of all finding your self in the process. I give this book 5 stars across the board. It is an absolute must read you won't regret it.
