Review for Beautiful Oblivion by Jamie McGuire

Holy--snap I can't seem to even begin to put my emotions in the right places at the moment. beautiful Oblivion is the first book in the Maddox brothers books which are spin offs from a beautiful Disaster

Trenton Maddox were do I even begin he is the whole package funny, sexy, hot, charming did I say hot? He loud and obnoxious but in the best way. Where's cami is is very independent doesn't hold back and doesn't take crap from any one. She has a very feisty attitude (I just love her). Cami has a boyfriend who lives in another state that she doesn't see much at all so why not become good friends with Trent? They did go to school together no harm right? Wrong he's a Maddox brother no female in there right mind can be JUST friends so with a Maddox. But that is all they are (at first) friends they do everything together spend every spare min together. Cami even gets a secound job at the tattoo parlor where Trent works. Long story short a good friend ship turns into a GREAT love that they didn't exspect well at least not Cami, Trent on the other hand has loved cami for some time

Trent-"But I am so f***ing in love with you Cami, I have been since we were kids. The first time I saw you on the play ground, I knew what beauty was. The first time you ignored me was my first heart break." "You terrified me" Cami- "A Maddox boy afraid?"
I know hard to believe right? I didn't think the Maddox boys were afraid of anything. Well like I said Trent has loved Cami for a long time and Cami has strong feelings for Trent the problem she has a secret a BIG take you by storm, blow you away and be like holy s*** did that really just happen secret. Trenton is persistent and says it doesn't matter hell love her no matter what the secret is so they succumb to there feelings and decide to be together and make it work. Problem is all secrets come out and this one can not only destroy them but there family's also...in the end is she worth it? Can Trent forgive Cami? Will there love and family's survive this? You want to know the answers......READ THE BOOK


This book has ANST, drama, love and of course a Maddox brother I think enough is said with that alone right there. I love Travis but he's definitely has some major competition with his brother Trent. I am torn like no other I want no NEED them both :) this book was fantastically written which of course I didn't expect anything less from Jamie McGuire. She knows how to het your attention from the very first page until the very last sentence and oh boy do I MEAN the VERY LAST SENTENCE. I give this book 5++++++++ stars it's got book hangover all over it. You MUST read. By far the best book I have read this year.

Review for All Pepped Up by Ali Dean

The first word that comes to mind after reading All Pepped Up is Fantastic!! I so love this series. All Pepped Up is the second book in the series the first one being Pepped up.

Pepper has a love for running and also a love for Jace. She gets a little lost durning her journey in this book. She's not sure what's worth it anymore. She doesn't have a feel for the competition of running or the feeling of being free the rush the adrenalin that once came with it it just isn't there anymore. In order for her to find her love for running again she needs to find her self as a person and not just who she is as Jace's girlfriend.

Jace is the popular guy, the football star the player (until pep that is) but his heart only has ever had room for one girl and that's Pepper Jones his child hood best friend. He's sweat and soo sexy. Some might not like is possessiveness when it comes to Pep but I loved it. We get a feel to how much Jace truly loves her.

We get to watch as they grow as a couple and individuals. We also learn more about there friend Wes. There's a secret that Jace and Wes are hiding once Pepper finds out can she forgive them? Or forever feel left out?

There are all kinds of drama and twits and turns for Pepper and Jace not only as a couple but as individuals. There are people determined to split them up no matter what the cost is. The question is can they over come these obstacles that are thrown there way? Is there love strong enough? Or will everyone get what they want and that's to see Pep and Jace to break up. I give this boom 5++ stars it's a must read.

Review for Entice by Rachel Van Dyken

FAN-freaking-tastic the best morfia series I have ever ready by far. Rachel van dyken has done us proud once again but I wouldn't expect anything less. Entice is the third book to the series.

It's Chase and Mil's story. Chase the cousin of one of the most power full mafias In America Nixon Abandonato. Also known as Nixons right hand man and in love with his cousins girlfriend Tracey Alfero. He is lost and heart is shattered in a million pieces which is why when Mil the new boss of the De lango family also the lowest mafia in America ask him for help and marry her he says yes.
Mil De Lange has secrets from her past and needs protection and who best to protect her then none other Chase winter the guy who took her innocence at fourteen and also secretly love of her life.

Mil and chase have decided on Vegas for there honeymoon. Of course once Chase realizes Mil has plans once they get there he calls for back up. Aka his family none other then Nixon, trace, Mo, Tex, Frank boss of the Alfero family and scarier then hell Luca. No one realizes just how bad Mil needed protection till people start coming to kill her right out of the gate. When they find out what or who there up against will this become war? Will they win? Or will this be the end of them of them all? Has Chase lost Tracey for ever? These are questions I won't answer you must and I say MUST read and find out for your self.


I LOVED this book. It's a must read. Of course loved that it was in mil, Nixon, Chase and Tex's POV (point of view). Entice has drama like no other, secrets, lies, love, hate, did I mention DRAMA with a capital D and of course blood. I give this book 5++++++ stars. You know what they say what happens I've Vegas stays in Vegas...

Review for Beautiful Broken Promises by Kimberly Lauren

Best book that I've read thus far this year. I fell in love with it on the first page.
We met lane in Beautiful Broken Mess he's Aubrey's best-friend like her brother he's very protective of those he cares about. He's hot with a capital H, very loving and caring. Lanes body *whistles* is just damn he's one fine specimen of a man. He works with jace, Jaxson and Cole in Jace and Jaxsons family business they inherited when there father past. lane might be a big muscular intimidating guy but underneath he's all heart. As soon as I met lane I knew he had a deep secret he was hiding from everyone.

Now with Reagan I won't lie I didn't like her at first, for reasons you'll understand once you read the book. She's ends up being such a strong women and been through some ruff stuff which she never let break her spirit. She's a caring loving person someone you just can't help but love once you know her. When she loves it's with her whole heart and to me she's such a great person for it.

For four years Lane has been searching for something that is VERY important and dear to his heart (you have to read in order to find out what it is). Once Lane finds what he's been looking for its unexspected and changes his life like he never thought possible. Of course there's twist and turns in his life and all he wants is to be completely happy and he wonders at times if everything happened for a reason. Secrets are reveled and pasts come crashing back to haunt him will he get his happily ever after? Or will he be crushed in the end and for ever wondering what might have been?

Beautiful Broken Promises is the third book in the series but you can read it as a standalone. It has a great mix of love, hate, betrayal, mystery laughs, of course hot guys "sighs" and my favorite DRAMA. I could not put it down once I started it just sucks you in like no other. I also love that we get more of the whole gang Jace, Jax, Cole, Em, Quinn and Audrey. I give this book 5+++++++ stars I'd give it 100 stars if possible it was that GREAT. ITS A MUST READ. You will retreat passing this up.

THIS IS A total STAND-ALONE NOVEL. No need to read the first two books in the series to enjoy this book. This is not a dark romance.

Review for Beautiful ink by Nicole Reed

O.M.G I'm not even sure were to begin with this one. AMAZING this book was just that great one of the best books I have read in awhile. Maybe even the best nook thus far this year. I am ashamed to say that I have never read a book Nicole Reed but I am defiently a big fan now.

You will meet Hellen Rudder aka (Keller) daughter of the MC clubs Vice President, tattoo artist and bestfriends with the MCs presidents son Holden. When tragedy strikes it leave Hels with nothing but her bestfriend and his parents ward and Sage. Hels has always loved Holden they grew up together he is her brother, lover and savior. Holden is a BIG part of her life. The one thing she has ever wanted was to not be part of the MC she wants out of that town and life. So when hold tells her he's quitting school to be a prospect for the MC that does not go over well with hels but because she know it's part of who he is in his blood she try to be ok with it. In the end she can't though so Hellen ends up skipping town, running actually and there are THREE rules for her to survive:
1) she has to give up tattooing
2)no staying in one place more then 6 months always keep moving
3) when the MC finds her she WILL be his and only his
The problem is tattooing is what Keller is it's part of her story and part of her soul. Just something she can't leave behind and she try's boy does she try.

Hels ends up working at screaming ink, where she will meet vin handsome virgin skin (before her) contractor and he soon becomes her everything problem is she gets sloppy gets feelings and wants to set up roots what happens when someone gets sloppy?..........she gets caught.

What will happen when it's time to pay the piper? Who will save her when she loves two guys that mean sooo much to her Vin? Which who exactly is he hmm? Or Holden her best friend her everything? Or no one at all?

I'm not going to lie I wasn't sure how I felt about reading Beautiful Ink. I have NEVER read a book about a biker MC. Now my HEART is bleeding but in the BEST possible way. This book is RAW, has PASSION, LOVE, LUST, SECRETS and of course DARKNESS lots of DARKNESS. My emotions were all over the place shoot they still are. I felt like I was having pregnancy hormones through this entire book for them being here there ams everywhere ever other minute. This is the type of book that will stay with you and remind us readers why we love to read in the first place. I give this book 5++++++++++ stars no ifs ands or buts about it it is an absolute MUST read. You WILL REGRET NOT reading it trust me. I have the book hangover from hell to prove it but I LOVE it. I will just say that I love Hels aka Keller and Vin but I LOVE LOVE Holden enjoy 😉

Review for Phenomenal X by Michelle A. Valentine

Wow just wow...I definitely just got a new book boyfriend :) and his name is Xavier cold aka phenomenal X. I was a little skeptical about reading this book since I have never read a book with the lead male being a wrestler but this book blow me away by a long shot.

You meet sweet innocent Anna who has her whole like mapped out for her by her overbearing father down to the man she'll marry. Well Anna has different plans and they don't include her hometown in Portland so she hops on the first flight to Detroit to live with her carefree aunt dee and cousin Quinn to start fresh to be someone SHE wants to be. Once on the plan she meets Xavier with is sexy body and blue eyes that just draw her in. It's instinct attraction on the spot for them both and of course X can't help watching her innocent face blush and make her swarm by his potty mouth and propositions her, which she turns down of course and is refreshing to him since he always has girls throw themselves at him, X is a little ruff around the edges but when. It comes to Anna he's sweet and becomes very protective of her and even though he warns Anna he's no good and to stay away because he has a past that haunts him Daily that he wouldn't even wish on his worst enemy, Anna thinks he's a great guy and just doesn't see it so she sticks around and they soon become fast friends. X helps her transition in a new city much more easier since she only knows her aunt and cousin. There is this sexually attraction between them from the start so they set rules so they don't cross the "friend zone" her only issue is that he could have any girl why her? And they do have there ups and down with there friendship because of it.
There rules:
1) no getting naked in his bed
2) no open mouth kissing
3). If either one starts developing feelings for the other person, they have to tell them

Seems innocent enough right....wrong they spend every free time they have together and there's something growing between them the question is will they give in to temptation and see where it leads??

I give this 5+++++ stars. This book was an unexpected read for me but I'm SO glad I read it. Once I started it I could NOT put it down I have a book hangover to prove it. Phenomenal X is a book about pasts, anger, insecurities, lust, friendship, hope and love everything one could want in a book. I HIGHLY recommend this book it won't disappoint.

Review for Finding Us by Megan Smith

Megan Smith has done it once again in her new book Finding Us. I read this book in about 3 hours tops once I started it I just could not put it down. I have read every book she has published and loved them all so I am not surprised that I loved this one also.

Jasmine aka Jas grew up with the best of everything that money could buy. Except she wasn't happy by all means her parents were controlling in ever aspect of her life from social event to college even her classes it was all maped out for her. Once she graduated college she was gone moved away and never looked back she was done playing by her family's game she wanted to be who she wanted not her parents. She wanted to find herself and who wouldn't respect that? I know I did that's one of the reasons I love her because she was no longer going to put up with it. So she moved to the big apple with her best friend summer. Which is were she meets Rex who introduces her to his brother Knox.

Now I fell In love with Knox right away he was dark, handsome and and hiding something that could change everyone's life.. He owns all kinds of businesses and night clubs. Once he meets jas he's instantly attracted to her which becomes a problem for him because of his secret he also comes a BIG time grudge. The problem is will this this grudge could definitely brake them. The question is will Knox let it define him more then it already has?? Hmmm well your not getting the answer from me lol that's for you to find out. :)

All I'll say is I LOVE all of the characters in this book (I can't wait to read more of them)..there is romance, love, loss, drama, betrayal, and definitely a bunch of twists but most of all finding your self in the process. I give this book 5 stars across the board. It is an absolute must read you won't regret it.

Review for Crashed by K. Bromberg

Well I've been thinking about this review for a bit now and how to phrase, the perfect words to describe it. I just want to make it epic becase that's what Crashed is to me among other things it's EPIC.

We all fell In love with sexy break all the rules bad boy race track driver Colton Donovan aka ace in the book Driven. He is the whole package cocky, confident, sexy, driven ;) rule breaker bad boy am I right ladies? Lol. But underneath all of that are internal scars and demand that no one should ever have to deal or live with. We also fell I love with the beutiful Rylee in book one. She had external scars and lingering ghosts. She was just standing still going through the motions while everything around her moved on lived. Rylee was not living and only cared about her boys until she Crashed in to the one and only Colton aka are ace. Book three starts were book two ended. Which is rylee and the crew going through the turmoil of Colton's crash and Colton fighting for his life, this book is the last of the series the conclusion if you will. Will we finally find out if there love can chase the demons away? Or outlive the ghost? I know what I want ands for Colton to claim that checkered flag and not the one they wave at the end of the race ;). “Remember, life isn’t about how you survive the storm, but rather how you dance in the rain.”

My emotions are still on high alert from all of the highs and the lows. I feel completely raw but in a good way. I cried and laughed sometimes I even cried and laughed at the same time. My love for Colton Rylee and the boys only grew stronger in this book. I loved it and hated it all at once, I feel that the ending was a great ending for a trilogy. Do I crave more of them? Of course and I always will because K. Bromberg is truly a great author. This book shows us how to love fully when you are bent, broken, damaged or feel unworthy of it. I truly race this book from A to motherf*cking Z. I give Crashed 5+ stars. An absolute must read. I still have the book hangover to prove it. I hope you enjoy as much as I have.

Fallen Crest Public review by Tijan

Well she did it again and I'm really not surprised. Tijan truly blew me away. I love all of her books but I have to say this series is my favorite but then again it could be because I fell In love with this author due to these books, but how could you not love it with guys like the Kade brothers. Fallen Crest Public starts off where Fallen Crest family left Sam, Logan and Mason are living with Nate. Which of course none of the parents agree with this but we all know what Masons response to that is.

Sam decided to attend Fallen crest public where she'll have to be along her peers that either want to be her or hate her, and no one hates Sam more then Kate and her friends. Kate and the girls try and make her life miserable but of course Mason comes to the rescue and exiles the girls. That doesn't go over to well with them and only makes them angry and Kate fight harder. Now Sam has to figure out if she is going to lay down and let's these girl break her or stand up right next to Mason and Logan. Let's just say that Sam shows her true badass self and I love her more for that. She is thrown obstacle after obstacle her way and just when you think she can't take anymore she proves as wrong and comes out on top. I won't put any spoilers in here but let me tell you there is drama and secrets that will make you question so much by then end of this book and make you crave MORE.

There aren't enough stars to give this book so of course I give it 5 stars. I love the TRUE feeling of love you get from Mason and Sam and also how protective the boys are towards her Nate included. How could you not love the family dynamic the three of them have. I was all over the place with my emotions because of this book not to mention sleep deprived but I wouldn't have it any other way. As I said Tijan has out done herself once again. This book comes HIGHLY recommended from me it's a MUST and I truly mean MUST READ.

Sam's first day at Fallen Crest Public doesn't go well. Some girls want to be her. Some girls want to destroy her. And some just don't like her. All in all, despite being protected by Mason and Logan, it's still only the strong survive. Sam will not only have to survive, she needs to learn how to conquer too, but there's another battle growing. Things are about to come to a disastrous end between the towns, Roussou and Fallen Crest. Sam's other main dilemma? Keeping Mason and Logan from getting arrested or hospitalized.

My review for Katy Evans

Wow just wow, I give this book 5+ stars. I've never been one to really like fighting books, but this took me by storm. It had me astonishingly captivated by the mid dle of the first chapter.I truly love Remington and how the author portrays him and his personality as a fighter it give such a good sense of imagery, also his ability to be so self controlled when it came to holding back sexually and emotionally. I was also amazed at the at the details of how they felt, that I could clearly understand brookes sexual frustrations, but how could you not with a guy like Remy. This book is without a doubt sleep deprived worthy. This a true love story about how love will overcome any obstacle and how far someone will go and fight to keep it that way. Also pure examples of what one will give up to protect the one they love and the ones closet to them. Physically and emotionally intense, that Remys rawness as a fighter and lover could bring any girl to their knees. I highly recommend this book, this is an ABSOLUTE MUST read.

I'm 26 years old, I'm a CNA wife and mommy to three handsome boys. Ages 5 years old 2 years olds and a 4 month old. My husband owns his own construction business. I'm guessing your wondering how I can read so much with working and being a mom and wife well I have a supportive husband who understand wine+kindle= do not disturb mommy time lol.

I have to thank books like The Outsiders, The perks do being a wallflower, and of course the Babysitting club books...along with twilight, The Hunger Games, 50 shades of grey. Those are some of my all time favorite books. Of course since being introduced to goodreads I have ventured out even more with my reading I love my India authors. Some of my favorite Authors are Tijan, Pamela Ann, Kelly Elliot, Molly Mcadams, and plenty more. I have had my fair share of book hang overs to many to count lol.
